Merivaara appoints Mr. Jari Kaija as group CEO

The Board of Directors of Merivaara Oy has appointed Mr. Jari Kaija (50) EMBA as CEO of Merivaara group as of 18 March 2019. Jari has an extensive international industrial and service business background. He has built and lead various multinational businesses, organizations and technologies in all continents over the past 20 years.

Merivaara’s portfolio of products and solutions can provide significantly efficiency gains  in rapidly changing health care environment. As communicated earlier last December, Merivaara’s current CEO, Mr. Aarne Aktan, will leave the company on the 31st of March. Aktan starts as the CEO of Synlab Oy on the 1st of April.
