NEW MERIVAARA SUPPORT PORTAL IS NOW AVAILABLE!
We are happy to announce that we have introduced a new web portal that makes tracking support tickets even easier. Through it, you can issue complaints, order spare parts, and make support requests for all Merivaara products.
HOW TO LOG IN?
- If you are logging into the portal for the first time, send an activation request from your own work email to .
- Once your email address has been activated by Merivaara, you will receive an email with instructions from us.
- After that, you can log in to the Portal from the link provided below or directly from web address service.merivaara.com.
BENEFITS OF THE NEW SUPPORT PORTAL:
- The portal will serve as a single point of contact between you and our service team to manage incidents and service requests
- You can easily see the overall ticket situation and monitor the status of each ticket – quick and efficient!
- By default, every user can see the requests they have opened. If you wish, we can modify the settings so that designated users or all users in the organization can see all the organization’s service requests
- More accurate data allows us to react quicker and spend less-time solving cases
